Advertising and marketing both introduces company’s product in customers, but they are different from each other. It seems that both have same task to make things and sell these things in market, but by nature they are too different from each other; here we explain some differences between advertising and marketing;
1.      Advertising:
In advertising we manufacture things and introduce this product in market. Advertising tells about company that what he is making? Through marketing you tell the customers about company’s product.
2.      Marketing:
In marketing we make things according to market’s demand. In which we focus on customer’s demand, how are our customers? What they want? What they get from our product? E.g. symbol, colour, design etc. the main purpose is to design your product according to market, and customer demands and attract large number of viewers towards your product.
Different types of advertising and marketing:
A.    Advertising types:
Advertising is the main component of marketing. When we start business we get different options of advertising, for proper advertising we must focus on proper option. For choice any option we must have money and capital according to these options. E.g. for choice proper option we must communicate with different companies in market, get information from them, compare all these information and take decision according to your demand.
1.      Print Media:
In print media we mostly advertise our business through newspaper and magazines.
a)      Newspapers: we advertise our business on front page because in our home we mostly focus on front page news.
b)      Magazines: for business advertisement business man choice those magazines which are mostly read by ladies and related with fashion, clothes etc.
According to research print media’s impact is long lasting.
2.      Electronic media:
In electronic media we advertise our business through Television and Radio. The main advantage of this advertising is that we can easily reach to our viewers; we don’t need any specific time to reach them.
3.      Internet:
In early years businessman advertise business through give banners on internet, but now with the changing trend demand also changed. Now businessman mostly pays to show their ads on searching engine.  Now a day pop up ads and video ads are very common on internet.
4.      E mail advertising:
This type of advertising link with customer interest, e.g. when people buy things from company, company offer membership to these customers and ask them to join them on internet. For this purpose company demand their id cards, after that company make list of these addresses and when new product came or promotion start company e mail all detail to all customers.
Social media advertising is very common now a day, e.g. company advertise it product through Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others

This is a cheap form of advertising, in which we advertise our business through postal cards, flyers, receipt, or letter etc.
7.      Outdoor advertising:
Billboards are the main kind of this advertisement. On roads people can easily come to know about new product. Travel ads also the same things as people during travelling can easily get information.

Physical sigh is the best way to attract number of customers towards your product

Word of mouth defines as a “good words of a happy client to the future client of a good package of a company”. It is a most active form of advertising; it is also called word of mouth advertising.

In this type of marketing company offer codes to customers, they scan these codes. Because of these action company come to know that customers interested towards their brand.

Brand marketing is the marketing to classify the brand name. It is a long lasting marketing. This marketing boosts the customers.
This is very simple type of marketing in which company gives discount on buying of 2 same products at a time.E.g. this marketing is use in stores, as to buy 2 chocolates in Rs. 80 instead of Rs 100.
In this type we use media to market our products. Through media we give information to the large number of population. E.g. marketing through TV, Radio etc.
In below line marketing we did not use media. It is totally opposite to above line marketing. We use direct mean for marketing our product.

This marketing type is specifically linked with customers. Customers then further market these products.
Business to people marketing similar to business to business market, it is more effective and real. Because in business to business market we also deal with people as we deal with people in business to people marketing.
In buzz marketing business man make a plan which has drama, suspense. But there is too much risk in this type because if people become not interested then plan goes wrong and business man faces lose.
In this type of marketing business man link with call centre and purpose of this call centre is to call all customers to introduce new products or for promotion.
